Refund & Return Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from cosmota.shop. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads or software licenses

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance

  • Products altered or damaged after delivery

2. Refund Process

  • Contact me first at support@cosmota.shop​ for return approval

  • Once received and inspected:

    ✓ Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

    ✓ Processing takes 3–7 business days​ (varies by bank/payment provider)

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the error was mine)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Requests made after 30 days

  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Changes of mind (unless required by local consumer law)

  • Return shipping costs (I cover these only if I shipped the wrong/defective item)

4. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason​ for return

  • Photos​ of damaged/defective items (if applicable)
