Refund & Return Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from cosmota.shop. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item shipped)
Non-returnable items:
Digital downloads or software licenses
Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance
Products altered or damaged after delivery
2. Refund Process
Contact me first at support@cosmota.shop for return approval
Once received and inspected:
✓ Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
✓ Processing takes 3–7 business days (varies by bank/payment provider)
Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the error was mine)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Requests made after 30 days
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Changes of mind (unless required by local consumer law)
Return shipping costs (I cover these only if I shipped the wrong/defective item)
4. How to Request a Return

Reason for return
Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable)
