• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM CDT​ ship the same business day.

• Weekend/holiday orders ship within 24 hours of the next business day.

• Pre-order or custom items will specify processing times on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping​ on U.S. orders over $50​ (excluding AK/HI).

• Orders under $50: **Flat fee of $4.99**.

• Alaska/Hawaii: +$9.99 surcharge.

• International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• My error​ (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping.

• Customer-initiated returns: You pay return shipping; I cover replacement shipping if applicable.

• Undeliverable packages​ (incorrect address): Reshipping fees apply.

6. Risk & Responsibility

• Items become your responsibility once handed to the carrier.

• Signature confirmation is required for orders over $200.
